I'm Seeing Spots!

The new Challenge for Craft Rocket is for Spots and/or Stripes. I immediately chose this background paper and then sat staring at it. I don't know if any of you access Pinterest, but in times of mental blockages - it is my consummate friend!

This isn't close to the card I supposedly cased or I'd give that person credit, but her card sparked an idea and this is the results. It is for a 20+ year old.
