Create!

Here I tore a page from an old music book, added some color to it and stamped a flower or two in the background. I added the punched flowers and the Create banner below. Is this really a Montana theme?? I know, but a little creative thinking does wonders for adding variety!

Grizzly Bears

Here is my Grizzly bear and cub. They are raised and colored and have the punched trees behind them. I'm going to leave the insides of several of the cards empty so people can use them for what ever strikes their 'fancy.' :)

Montana Cards

I forgot to add yesterday that before leaving the Yellowstone area last year, I collected a variety of leaves from the local trees (outside of the park, as you are not allowed by law to remove anything from the park). Here is an Aspen leaf that I inked and pressed.

New Project

A friend of ours in Montana has requested I make a 'line of cards' using Montana as a theme and he will put them in his office to display and possibly sell. I am using stamps of bison, wolves and moose and their footprints. I will post each card as they are finished :) This wolf is my favorite so far! He is stamped, colored and covered with a used sheet from the dryer. The inside says "It's your birthday!"

 

Catch Up!

I've been busy, making cards and doing other things! Here is a couple of the Valentine's cards I made to send to family. I have a 'Peace Sign' loving grand-daughter and picked up this paper last year thinking of her. I just figured out something to so with it! I took the picture at an angle but the larger heart made from wax paper as the same doily die cut as below still isn't showing up. I thought it turned out cute regardless :)
